Since October 2008, one quarter of a million workers (250,000) have lost their jobs.  The Federal Government is not doing enough to help the victims of this economic recession - manufacturing workers, the unemployed, the poor, and Canadians on pensions and fixed incomes.  The Federal Government's budget approach was to help banks and corporations get through this difficult period and provided very little to assist workers and the unemployed.

Write to Members of Parliament urging them to support an action plan for a strong economy and fair society in the next federal budget.
